Standardize records across facilities
Use common site, gate, lane, dock, and camera identifiers. Define who can review events across the network and who is limited to one warehouse. Keep location and time information consistent enough to support a multi-site investigation without assuming every site uses identical hardware.
Coordinate driver and contractor processes
Record the approved arrival, verification, entry, and departure process. Identify where appointment or visitor information may connect to an access or video event, subject to supported interfaces. Temporary permissions should have a responsible sponsor and a clear expiry or closeout action.
