Match the security plan to your space
These are planning questions for your assessment, not claims about existing systems or security problems at any listed park.
- Warehouse or distribution space: Which receiving and shipping transactions need recorded evidence? Plan dock views, trailer identification and camera coverage around parked trucks and changing light.
- Manufacturing: Separate employee, contractor and delivery access. Identify production areas, tool storage and restricted rooms where access records would support your procedures.
- Research or office campus: Clarify visitor check-in, tenant boundaries and who approves access changes. Coordinate shared entrances with the property manager.
- New development or retrofit: Confirm construction phases, pathways, power, network ownership and who will support the system after turnover.

Industrial security starts with how your facility operates: who enters, where goods move and what needs protection between shifts.
